COVERAGE
Our rental services are available only in the Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, and Cherry Grove areas. We reserve the right to refuse service to any location outside of these areas.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your rental reservation, we will accept cancellations up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled rental with a fee of US$25. After this time, cancellations are non-refundable.
TAX AND PROCESSING FEES
Please note that a tax of 9% will be added during the final processing of your order. Additionally, a 3% processing fee (handling) will also be added to your order.
DELIVERY AND PICKUP
Please be advised that we do not offer installation services on the beach. We will deliver and pick up your rental equipment at your specified location. You are responsible for the equipment once it is in your possession and until we retrieve it.
